Shipping policy

All Dokter and Misses pieces are made to order in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, after which orders are shipped on a regular six-week schedule to our New Jersey warehouse. Once a shipment lands, delivery across the U.S. usually takes 3–7 days.

Listed prices include shipping to our New Jersey warehouse. Stateside delivery to your address is quoted separately and confirmed before your order is processed.

Standard delivery is curbside. If you prefer white-glove service — including placement, unpacking, or installation — please let us know when you request your quote.

If your delivery address has limited access (such as narrow streets, gates, or stairs), it is imperative to share this information in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We also ship internationally. For deliveries to Canada, Europe, or other regions, please submit a quote request and we'll calculate shipping and lead time for your location.
