Each piece is made with care, and we want it to arrive just as intended.

Production
Standard lead time is 6 weeks. Occasionally, we’ll have certain products or components in stock, which can shorten this timeframe. If you’re working toward a deadline, let us know — we’ll do what we can to make it happen. -
International Shipping to the U.S.
Once complete, orders travel from our workshop in South Africa to the U.S. — about 4 weeks in transit. -
Final Delivery
Once stateside, delivery takes 3–5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Standard service is roadside; if you’d prefer white-glove delivery (inside placement, unpacking, or installation), just let us know at checkout or by email. -
Access
If your delivery address is tricky to reach — narrow roads, gates, or multiple flights of stairs — please tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly. -
Delays
We do our best to keep things on schedule, though international shipping and customs can occasionally cause delays. Our priority is that your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something goes wrong in transit.
